Chandler Tutoring (“I,” “me,” “my”) provides personalized K–5 online tutoring based in Chandler, Arizona. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it across everything I do — my website, my tutoring services, and the family portal I use to schedule sessions and share materials.

Information I collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

• Website inquiries — when you submit my contact form, the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your child’s grade level and learning needs.
• Family & student details — names, grade level, and learning focus that you or the tutor provide so I can deliver tutoring.
• Scheduling & session data — session times, attendance, and tutor notes.
• Billing data — invoices, amounts, and payment status, including any ESA program details relevant to your account.
• Materials — worksheets and lesson summaries created for and shared with your family.
• Portal account information — your name and email address when you sign in to the family portal (for example, through Google sign-in).

How I use your information

I use this information only to run my tutoring practice: to respond to your inquiries and schedule a free Meet & Greet, to plan and deliver tutoring sessions, to send invoices and reminders, to create and share learning materials, and to give families a portal to view their own information. I do not sell personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Children’s information

Student information is provided by parents and the tutor to deliver tutoring. I do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and a student’s information is visible only to the tutor and that child’s own family.

Service providers

I rely on trusted third-party providers to operate my website, tutoring tools, and portal — including for website and application hosting, database storage and authentication, scheduling, form processing, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to me and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Google account & calendar

When I connect a Google account, I use Google Calendar to create and update tutoring-session events on my calendar. My use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. I do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and I use it solely to provide the scheduling features described here.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting me. I retain information for as long as needed to provide my services and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the “Last updated” date above.
